I would highly recommend Dr Sneha Bajoria for any dental problem. Dr Sneha is very kind, friendly ,patient and thoughtful in the way she explains and answers my doubts.Her work is excellent.I had a surgery for dentigerous cyst for which Dr Sneha referred me to the best surgeon Dr Partho Shankar Chakraborty .Throughout the treatment ,they both were very supportive and concerned. One of my best medical experiences so far. 100/10, highly recommend.Got a wisdom tooth extraction in August 2023.This was my first ever visit to a dentist. Dr. Sneha was extremely kind, approachable, patient, friendly, and professional - she insisted on having every doubt and question answered to ease any anxiety. She was always just one call/text away which I found really helpful.The consultation was not rushed. She made sure I knew everything about the surgery at the first consultation itself so I could make an informed decision.The extraction date was set after considering my schedule, availability, and convenience.On the day of the extraction, both Dr. Sneha and Dr. Parth assured me of a painless procedure and they 100% delivered. They played my favourite comfort music during the surgery, constantly kept me in loop with what was happening, informed me of any sensation I should expect, sprayed me with surface anaesthesia to not even let me feel the pain of the injection in my gums, and lastly assured me that if I felt any pain or discomfort I could simply signal it and they would immediately pause. Dr. Parth also respected my privacy for my own wellness, and made sure I felt safe to be truthful with him.I was also given a complete run-down of after-care by both doctors who were patient and encouraged all questions.In the following 7-8 days post-extraction, I did not experience any pain or swelling. I was able to function perfectly normally on just one painkiller. I was also able to text Dr. Sneha if I had any issues at any time. My wound healed within days. The removal of stitches also took just 2 minutes and was painless.The entire process (consultation + extraction) was quite affordable as well, compared to other dental clinics and hospitals.Will definitely go back if I ever need to.
